Saudi Arabia unveils plans for new Grand Prix circuit from 2027
On the week of its annual Grand Prix, Saudi Arabia unveiled its potential new Qiddiya racing circuit in a series of computer-generated images, which features a 20-storey high first corner and swimming pool overlooking the track. If all goes to plan, the track could be ready by 2027.
Ferrari owned by Gerhard Berger found 28 years after being stolen
The Testarossa F512M was stolen in April 1995 while the driver was getting ready to compete at the Grand Prix held in Imola, Italy. Worth an estimated £350,000, Berger tried to chase the thief down in a friend’s VW Golf but unfortunately, and predictably, was outrun by the Ferrari.
