Ferrari unveils special United States Grand Prix livery - in pictures

Ferrari has revealed a special livery for this weekend’s United States Grand Prix. The design was developed in collaboration with the Prancing Horse’s title partner, HP, to showcase its ‘advanced printing and material technologies’.

The concept draws on the belief that ‘every Ferrari begins with a line on paper’ and incorporates sketches, technical drawings, and blueprint-inspired graphics normally hidden beneath the finished bodywork. The livery is a tribute to designers, engineers and technicians, probably the unsung heroes of motorsport, but whose work is crucial to every victory.

It took a lot of trial and error to reach the finished livery, with HP Latex technology used to reproduce the intricate blueprint-inspired graphics on the race cars.

Silvia Cavallaro, Head of Colour and Trim at Ferrari, said:
“The livery celebrates the journey from idea to reality. Every Ferrari starts with creativity, sketches and engineering expertise long before the car reaches the track. Thanks to our collaboration with HP, we were able to bring that process to life visually and tell a story that reveals the craftsmanship and innovation behind the performance.”
