The Skoda Superb celebrates its 25th birthday this year. Now in its 4th iteration since the big VW buyout in the year 2000, John Marcar has driven every iteration of Superb, from Mk1 to Mk4, on a specially organised road trip around Scotland.

Skoda, as it occasionally likes to do, has decided to build something silly. The last time it did that, it made an Octavia for the Bonneville Salt Flats and set a land speed record for 2.0-litre forced induction cars. Now, it has created the Superb Sleeper, and Alex Goy got to drive it.
