Electrified Mercedes-Benz SL ‘Pagoda’ by Everrati Makes Global Debut in Monaco

EV restoration and modification company, Everrati, showcased its latest future proofed icon this week, revealing a zero emission Mercedes-Benz SL W113 ‘Pagoda’. Making its global debut in Monte Carlo, just a short distance from the famous Formula 1 Hairpin Curve, the car was displayed at the Fairmont Hotel as part of the Monaco Yacht Show.

Founded only four years ago in 2019 by British entrepreneur Justin Lunny and long-term automotive specialist Nick Williams, Everrati’s passion for restoring iconic models from earlier eras has led it to the Mercedes-Benz SL ‘Pagoda’. As one of the most stylish and timeless cars of all time, the preservation and continuing use of the Pagoda was paramount to Everrati as they meticulously hand built and restored the car to concours standards with help from Mercedes specialists Hilton & Moss. The cutting edge electric powertrain was designed and developed in house by Everrati and helps the car exceed performance expectations, although as one of the most beautiful cars ever designed, it could work just as well as an art piece.

As well as showing off the SL ‘Pagoda’, Everrati took the time to chauffeur VIP guests around the principality in its zero emission Land Rover Series IIA, while also revealing a new Defender Shore Tender Edition which is a collaboration with superyacht designers Bannenberg & Rowell and superyacht brokers, Edmiston.

Away from Monaco, Everrati is producing restomods across multiple regions, including the Porsche 911 in Coupe, Cabriolet, and Targa form, and Land Rover Series and Defender. With options for truly beautiful new EVs somewhat limited at this moment in time, and judging by Everrati’s success, the chance to convert a classic is clearly appealing to customers all around the globe.
