Driven’s John Marcar heads into the final weekend of his debut racing season in fourth place, with reigning champion Gilbert Yates the favourite to retain his crown.

The 2.49-mile track is one of the oldest circuits still in operation in the UK and a favourite among drivers.

It is set to be a scorching weekend of racing action in Kent for Driven’s John Marcar and his fellow 296 Challenge competitors.

Ferrari has gone lighter and more powerful with its new model, the 296 Speciale, which the brand says “sets the new benchmark in terms of driving thrills and engagement”.
