PistonHeads List Audi Estate Once Owned by Prince Harry

An Audi RS6 (C7) once owned by Prince Harry is available to buy on PistonHeads. Listed for £42,000, the car’s royal connection can be traced back to 2017 when the Duke of Sussex bought the 560bhp, four-wheel drive, V8 estate car. Back then he paid £91,530, so at £42,000 this represents good value after only six years.

With 68,000 miles on the clock (4,500 of those covered by Prince Harry across 15 months of ownership), the six year old RS6 has a 0-62mph time of under four seconds and comes equipped with optional extras worth £11,000. The top speed is 174mph after the car’s electric speed limited was de-restricted on purchase.

Other extras include Daytona Grey Pearl Effect metallic paint, a Grey Alcantara and leather interior with carbon trim, plus RS Sport suspension with Dynamic Ride control.

The RS6 also retains its original number plate – KX17 ZBN – as proof of its provenance.

Matt Bird, Deputy Editor of PistonHeads, said: “The Audi RS6 is a firm favourite among performance car enthusiasts, and rightly so. Even with royal blood running through its fuel lines, this example is now available for less than half the car’s original purchase price.

“While most people would be forgiven for mistaking the RS6 as any other Audi-badged estate, the RS6 is genuinely capable of going toe-to-toe with most supercars when it comes to straight-line performance.”
