Nissan Hyper Adventure Concept Unveiled

Nissan Hyper Adventure

Nissan has unveiled its latest concept, the Nissan Hyper Adventure, as part of its series of advanced EV concepts for the Japan Mobility show later this month.

The digital concept is a sports SUV designed for people who want to combine their passion for outdoor adventuring and an eco-friendly lifestyle, making use of the large capacity battery, which doubles as an energy source for charging equipment.

The car, of course, comes with Nissan’s advanced e-4ORCE all-wheel-control system, perfect for travelling over a snowy mountain road or muddy trail. Aerodynamics are at the forefront of this concept also, with air designed to be redirected through the front spoiler and glass that integrates the roof and side windows and the flush surface of the rear end.

Moving inside, the cabin space is large for comfort. The interior features an instrument panel that connects to the bottom of the windshield, serving as a wide, almost transparent, screen that connects the inside of the car to the outside environment. Cargo space rivals the cabin for size with plenty of room for the outdoor equipment that people - who Nissan had in mind when designing this concept - will bring with them. A distinctive rear bench seat is able to rotate 180 degrees on an axle that can face behind the car, allowing passengers to take in those mountain views.

The Japan Mobility show begins on October 25th and will be streamed on Nissan’s YouTube channel.

Nissan X-Trail declared the Family Car of the Year

In other Nissan news, the Japanese brand’s current car for adventuring - the Nissan X-Trail e-POWER with e-4ORCE - picked up the title of Family Car of the Year at last week’s News UK Motoring awards. Now in its 4th generation, X-Trail has sold more than 7.8 million units globally since its introduction in 2001
