AMB 002 Roadster is Aston Martin and Brough Superior’s first road-legal motorcycle

After bringing us the track-only AMB 001 and AMB 001 Pro superbikes in 2019 and 2022, Aston Martin and Brough Superior have teamed up once again to finally create a road-legal motorcycle with the AMB 002 Roadster.

The lightweight bike was designed, engineered, and assembled from scratch in-house at Brough Superior’s headquarters in Toulouse, France, with carbon fibre body elements contributing to an overall weight of 190kg.

Powering the 002 Roadster is an all-new 1083cc four-stroke water-cooled V-Twin, which sits within a titanium frame and develops 130bhp and 110 Nm of torque. The V-Twin has been specifically tailored for maximum enjoyment on the road and is tuned for strong low and mid-range torque with a smooth and thrilling top-end.

There’s also distinctive double-wishbone ‘Fior fork’ front suspension that avoids the compromises of conventional telescopic forks and separates steering and braking forces while maintaining precise control of the front-end.

Despite being built at Brough HQ, Aston Martin elements can be seen on the bike, with twin oval exhausts mirroring the design of the Vanquish, DB12 S and DBX S. There’s also the dramatic array of rear light blades, which are the same type as those seen on the tails of the Aston Martin Vulcan, Valkyrie and Valhalla hypercars. The bike also has keyless function, a backlit ignition button and handcrafted saddle leather seat pads seen on Aston’s production cars.

It promises an ownership and riding experience unique in the world of motorcycling; an irresistible road bike for keen motorcyclists and discerning collectors alike.”

Only 300 AMB 002 Roadsters will be hand-built by Aston Martin and Brough Superior, with order books now open. First deliveries are expected to take place in Q3 of 2027.
