McLaren honours F1 Constructors’ win with limited edition Artura and 750S
MCL38 Celebration Editions honour 2024 success
Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri’s eight pole positions and six Grand Prix victories behind the wheel of the McLaren MCL38 were enough to stave off competition from Ferrari and Red Bull as the British team won its first Formula 1 World Constructors’ Championship since 1998.
MCL38 Celebration Edition Artura and 750S cars have been created to commemorate the occasion and will be extremely limited, going to a select few customers. A bespoke livery in Papaya Orange and Anthracite (black) livery has been created by the team at McLaren Special Operation, which also includes a Champions’ Laurel, ‘Nine-Star’ logo and additional orange accents.
Artura
750S
What unique features do they have?
While still powered by the same 3-litre V6 hybrid powertrain for the Artura and 4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 for the 750S, both Celebration Edition models come with a range of unique features.
Inside, there is a Visual Carbon Fibre Extended Sill Cover on the driver’s side personally signed by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. McLaren’s victory is noted with a Champions’ Laurel on the seat headrest section, while each model carries a bespoke MCL38 dedication plaque made from carbon fibre bodywork from an actual MCL38 Formula 1 car.
Further touches can be found in the bonnet storage area, where the pole positions, race wins and fastest laps recorded by the MCL38 Formula 1 car during the victorious 2024 season are listed.
How many Celebration Edition cars will be made?
Just nine Artura and nine 750S MCL38 Celebration Edition cars will be available across the globe, with the number representing McLaren’s ninth Constructors’ Championship victory.

McLaren and United Autosports set for 2025 World Endurance Championship
There was some more papaya and black on display as McLaren displayed its GT3 EVO challengers for the 2025 World Endurance Championship.
After a top ten finish in McLaren’s debut season in the WEC last year, the British giants will once again be assisted by United Autosports with the team’s cars sporting a refreshed livery design and driver lineup.
There are also changes to the numbers, with the two cars sporting 59 and 95, a tribute to the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans winning McLaren F1 GTR in a year which marks 30 years since the iconic victory. Number 59 will be driven by James Cottingham, Gregoire Saucy and Sébastien Baud, while behind the wheel of number 95 are Marino Sato, Darren Leung and Sean Gelael.
But back to that livery, which, of course, is dominated by the same papaya seen across McLaren’s motorsport competitors in F1, IndyCar and Formula E. The papaya seen on the bonnet, splitter, rear wing, roof and aerodynamic features is complimented by black on the sides and areas surrounding the headlights.
