Jamie Chadwick to Make Goodwood Racing Debut

Three-time W Series Champion and Indy NXT driver Jamie Chadwick will make her Goodwood racing debut at the 81st Members’ Meeting in 2024.

Chadwick will get behind the wheel of a Ford Mustang as she competes in the Ken Miles Cup and Gordon Spice Trophy for Group 1 touring cars. Both races will be using sustainable fuel only as Goodwood prepares for the fully sustainable fuelled 2024 Revival next year.

It isn’t the first time that Chadwick has appeared at Goodwood, having driven the iconic hillclimb at the Festival of Speed three years on the trot in 2021, 2022 and 2023 with the W Series, Extreme E and Williams Racing respectively. Goodwood was also where she had her first Formula 1 test, driving Keke Rosberg’s Williams-Cosworth FW08 at the 2021 Festival of Speed.

Next year, Chadwick will continue with the now renamed Andretti Global in the 2024 Indy NXT championship - the IndyCar supporting series. Her rookie campaign in 2023 saw her achieve five top-10 finishes as she came 12th in the overall standings.

Jamie Chadwick said, “I have great memories of Goodwood as the place where I first drove a Formula 1 car a couple of years ago at the Festival of Speed. I’m looking forward to getting to grips with the high-speed Circuit and having some fun out on track - especially in a Ford Mustang!”

The Duke of Richmond said, “I am so pleased that Jamie is able to join us at the Members’ Meeting next April. It’s been wonderful to see her showcase her incredible talent on the Hill at the Festival of Speed, and I’m delighted that she will be making her Goodwood racing debut here with us as we celebrate ten years of the modern Members’ Meeting.”

The 81st Goodwood Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport will take place on Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th April 2024.
