Ferrari releases behind the scenes look at 2024 Le Mans victory

Ferrari has revealed a behind the scenes look of its triumph at this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans with a series titled, The Red Line - Full Access.

The 499P number 50 Ferrari - AF Corse car was driven by Nicklas Nielsen, Antonio Fuoco and Miguel Molina to secure the Prancing Horse’s second consecutive overall victory. There was also a third place finish for teammates and 2023 victors Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, and Antonio Giovinazzi in the the number 51 hypercar.

A Glimpse of the Journey: From Preparation to Victory

Documenting things way before the chequered flag moment, The Red Line shows behind the scenes footage from the team’s two weeks in France. We follow the journey from early scoping of Le Mans city centre, through testing at the La Sarthe circuit and the build up to the race’s start on Saturday. The documentary then culminates with the final lap of the race as Ferrari secured its eleventh win at Le Mans.

Equal Focus on Track and Garage: A Complete Narrative

On track activities and preparation in the garage are given equal screen time, with manufacturers and engineers from Maranello, as well as drivers and fans, all being given a voice throughout. The lows and ultimate highs are all documented in a fascinating look at how an elite team operates during one of the most prestigious races in motorsport.
